Stacey & Eddie's Savannah Wedding

Savannah is a beautiful place, filled with history and stories of ghosts.  The wedding of my oldest friend, Stacey, (we met when we were two years old) to Eddie was my first time visiting Georgia - at least outside of the Atlanta airport, which doesn't really count.  I'm not sure why I waited so long!  It's lovely and romantic.  The Spanish moss hangs everywhere and looks like tinsel in the trees.

But, enough about Savannah and its haunting beauty.  This blog is about Stacey and Eddie...

Stacey and Eddie met when she moved to Savannah a few years ago.  I think the father of the bride said it best when he described Eddie: "When I met Eddie, I thought to myself that Stacey had brought home a true southern gentleman."  

They are a beautiful couple with a relationship full of love and silliness.  I'm happy they found each other; I know they will have a long, happy life together!

An adorable twist on the ring bearer: Stacey and Eddie chose to have "ring security".  And, this little man took that job to heart!  He really played the part, even when the guests erupted into surprised laughter.
