Lauren and Brendon decided that they wanted a "destination wedding" close to home; they wanted everyone to be together, in one place, for the entire weekend without having to travel

Lauren and Sara have been best friends since they were six years old. Brendon and Lauren met through a friend a few years before they started dating. When they reconnected, they began to see each other in a "different light"

Lauren and Brendon's wedding was highly personal and family-oriented - that's just how these two are! They value family and friends above all other things; that's one of the reasons that they wanted their guests to have a place to sleep and enjoy the weekend at Rockwood Manor. 

Lauren's mother, being a creative woman who has a love of all things DIY, put together most florals, made the necklaces that Lauren's wedding party wore, and tons of gorgeous decor. Lauren also loves DIY and creates tons of personal gifts for her friend and family. For her wedding party, she created beautiful hangers using paper that she'd found at one of her favorite stores. The girls were allowed to choose any dress that they wanted as long as it was navy blue, which came together perfectly!
