2 + 1 = 3

Kristina and Krystal welcome Jeff into the family!

There are so many amazing things about this soon-to-be family that I dont even know where to begin!  First, Kristina just graduated with a degree in Elementary Education.  To be honest, I'm not sure when she slept.  My guess is never.  Because Kristina didnt miss one single moment that she could spend with her super sassy daughter, Krystal.  

Enter Jeff.  Jeff loves Kristina, Krystal, the Caps (Let's Go CAPS!), and airplanes.  Jeff proposed in NYC while walking along Broadway (he'd planned to do it on top of the Empire State Building, but got too nervous) and even got Kristina's best friend and a cousin to take pictures of the surprise proposal.  

Now, let me back up here: before meeting this lovely couple, I'd been told that Jeff "hates" photos.  I think that's just a rumor; my experience and the aforementioned proposal tells a different story.  However, I GUESS Kristina might know him a BIT better than I do, so I suppose I'll believe her.  ;)  If that's the case, I would never have known!  He was a natural!

I like to be prepared when I am shooting, so I asked Kristina about as many questions as she asked me (read: a LOT) about her relationship with Jeff and the family.  She described her relationship with Jeff as being fun, supportive, and then said, "I swear we're like an old married couple already! So, how, you ask, could this story get any cuter?  Well, brace yourself.  It does.  Jeff asked both Kristina's father AND Krystal for Kristina's hand before proposing.  

They are all just SO sweet together that even looking back on the photos melts my heart all over again!  I am so happy for Kristina, Krystal, and Jeff.  I know they will be happy no matter where life takes them!

Taking photos with this family was SUCH a blast.  I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future!
