Love Wins! Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Gay Marriage Nationwide!
This ruling has been a long time coming. So many people have spent innumerable hours fighting to make this happen - and it FINALLY has! For those of you who know us, you know that we are among the least political people on the planet; we don't watch the news (it's too sad!) and we try to avoid discussion about either like the plague. We live in a little bubble of happiness and sunshine, even when we have to make it ourselves.
Over the course of our lives, we have seen so many changes in the US - from government to culture and beyond. It's been inspiring to witness such important positive moments in history. It is wonderful to see the country embrace these changes. We've also seen our share of sad changes, but we're totally going to ignore that and live it up in our little bubble today! :)
This issue, this ruling - this is something that we have been actively involved in over the years. We believe that love is love and that everyone deserves a to be happy. We've captured a multitude of gay and lesbian weddings. We love attending - and photographing - them! We've included a few (ok, more than a few! lol) of our favorite weddings below. Each of our weddings, regardless of the couple, holds a special place in our hearts. We have so many memories with so many people that have just been beautiful.
We treasure each of our weddings; we love each wedding for what it is - be it the decor, the size, the traditions, the guests, or any of the factors that go into such special days. Every wedding we have been part of has been filled with love and laughter, regardless of the couple - regardless of any hiccups in the day. Because, at the end of the day, a wedding is a day to celebrate love. We believe everyone should be able to celebrate love.
Congratulations, everyone! We are beyond ecstatic to see that equality rules in the United States and are looking forward to participating in many weddings in the future! We are proud to be Americans today and can't wait to see what the future holds for so many wonderful people! <3
Love is love! We cannot wait to meet all of our future couples who now have the right to marry in the United States!
Love this. You are a wonderful sweet person and we were so lucky to have you on our special day! :)

After years of working together, Katie Lingan officially joined the team as lead photographer in 2013.
Over the years, we've learned a lot from capturing - and being a part of - all types of special moments, especially weddings. One thing that has really stuck with us: it's not only important that you love our images - you must also love your photographer. You will spend more time with us on your wedding day than anyone else. So, it's important that you enjoy being around us on your big day!
So, keep reading to get to know us better. If you like what you read and like what you see, please reach out to us. We look forward to meeting you!
